About The Resilience Project

The Resilience Project, Inc. was created from a simple conviction: when we see a need in our community, we are called to respond.

Through years of volunteering and working alongside individuals and families, we have seen both the tremendous resources available in our community and the gaps that can leave people without somewhere to turn. The Resilience Project was established to help bridge those gaps through practical assistance, connection to resources, and compassionate support.

Guided by our Christian faith, we believe every person has God-given worth and deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Our goal is not simply to address an immediate need, but to walk alongside individuals and families as they work toward greater stability, healing, and hope.

Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me — Matthew 25:40

Our Story

The Resilience Project grew from firsthand experience serving our community and recognizing needs that do not always fit neatly within existing programs.

The Resilience Project was created to help fill those gaps—bringing together community resources, volunteers, donors, churches, professionals, and organizations to respond in meaningful and practical ways.

Our Mission

Our mission is to strengthen individuals and families experiencing hardship by providing practical assistance, connecting them with vital resources, and supporting pathways toward stability, healing, and self-sufficiency.

Our Faith

Our Christian faith is at the heart of why we serve. We believe God calls us to care for those who are hurting, help carry one another's burdens, and use what we have been given to serve others.

We seek to demonstrate that faith through action—serving with compassion, practicing responsible stewardship, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.

Assistance is provided based on need and is available regardless of an individual's faith or religious beliefs. Participation in religious activities is never required to receive assistance.

Our Vision

Our vision is a community where people facing difficult circumstances do not have to navigate them alone—where needs are met with compassion, resources are easier to access, and individuals and families are supported as they move toward greater stability and hope.
